Project Description

The objective of the project is to renovate portions of existing building six to better serve Los Alamos Campus Students and Staff. Removing two restrooms and repurposing the space into classrooms. Renovation of the main two restrooms adding additional fixtures to meet occupancy requirements. Renovation of janitor's closet to add one gender-neutral restroom. The project will include ADA compliance deficiencies, IT & A/V requirements, and finishes to include flooring, ceilings, and wall treatments. Building one will receive new stucco wall system on the North Elevation of the building, replace all exterior windows 25 total, new venting, and correct ADA code deficiencies in the restroom. Building two replace 6 HVAC units on the roof that are end of life, repair failing stucco as needed, and correct ADA code deficiencies in the restroom. Building seven repair failing stucco, and correct ADA code deficiencies in the restroom. Install Class A Fire System Campus Wide.
